Voices Of The Future

The “Voices of the Future” mural is part of WeGo Public Transit Authority’s “Past, Present, Future” initiative for their new transit center in North Nashville.

My goal was to create a mural that resonates with the community while embracing the idea of the “future.” I focused on the younger generation, 18 and under, capturing their voices and perspectives. By recording their thoughts on the community and using their photos as references, I crafted a mural that truly represents them. Each recording was turned into a QR code, allowing viewers to hear these young voices and see their words visually on the mural.
